Neckbeard Records, the new record label kept up by a trio of Dive alumni and former WKNC DJ Steve Salevan has ended its contract with Chapel Hill pop-rock band I Was Totally Destroying It citing irreconcilable differences.

The label was set to put out a double-EP CDR from the band in advance of its new LP Horror Vacui on May 22. Neckbeard will still be releasing the debut LP from Lemming Malloy that day and continuing with its CD release show slated for Local 506. Another band that has yet to be determined will fill IWTDI’s place on the bill. For more details on the original plan see Dive’s blog post.
