Titus Andronicus – Local 506 – March 24

Tuesday night Titus Andronicus, the hottest new punk band out of New Jersey, played a killer set at Local 506. Just coming off a stint at South By Southwest, the band delivered a short powerful set, that raced full tilt down the E Street of punk rock aggression. Lead-singer Patrick Stickes was in fine form as he screamed through his fist-pumpingly heartbreaking odes to to shattered ideals of hopeless romantics. After seeing them live, it’s easy to understand why they’ve been getting so much national attention lately.
